Bayfront with a Serene White Sandy Beach

One of the best little known facts about North Captiva’s bay front properties is that the coastline for these fine homes is also a beach.

Not only do these properties enjoy a coastal deep water dock, but the panoramic views of Pine Island Sound, Cayo Costa’s beach lined shores, and the Gulf of Mexico’s sunset filled horizon all combine in perfect synergy with private sugar sandy beaches just a few steps from the door.

North Captiva Bayfront Properties

Majestic estate homes, bay side cottages, sandcastle beach camps by the sea, tarpon fishing lodges; they are all on the Bay.

The gentler lapping waves against sandy beaches, docks leading out to deeper waters offering a haven for fish beneath the surface and a heaven for fisher folk on the docks.

September is upon us with a decidedly cooler scene on the North Captiva beaches.  Long gone are most of the weekly visitors and the island transforms dramatically into a tropical oasis that is all your own.  Miles of beaches with just seabirds and wayward shells scattered along the beaches with just the right amount of passing golf carts to greet a few other islanders on your way to the sunsets.
